Void bets are settled at the original stake amount, with no winnings paid.

8.4 Togel Draw Games

All togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results published on the Platform are sourced from officially recognized draw operators. Results are final once published. No claims relating to draw results will be considered after the settlement deadline specified in the relevant game rules.

8.5 Mix Parlay Accumulators

Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the full accumulator payout to be awarded. One or more void legs will be settled at reduced odds calculated by removing the void selection from the accumulator. One or more losing legs will void the entire accumulator payout regardless of other selections.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the arta88 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms that may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or accessing the Platform using another person's account credentials.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any communication with arta88 support.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process transactions derived from any illegal activity.
• Colluding with other Players, agents, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage, including in live poker, live casino games, or sports betting markets.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Players who identify technical errors are obligated to report them to support immediately.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, arta88's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
